My name is Heber, I'm a 2D Digital Artist from Brazil and my main focus in art is creating

• Terms of Service •
• Payment must be rendered either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after the sketch is approved.
• The artist retains the rights to display and promote all artworks.
• The client CAN NOT claim onwership nor profit from the artwork.
For artworks with commercial purposes, it's encouraged that the client makes the proposal to the artist via email.
• If for any reason I am rendered incapable of finishing your project, I'll issue a full refund.
• If the sketch was approved, the artwork was already being worked on and the client decides to cancel it for whatever reason, they'll be refunded for 60% of the value.
• It may take from around 2 weeks to a month for the artwork to be completed, depending on the scope of the project.

• Process •
• Once the payment is rendered, I'll provide a few sketches based on the ideas of the client.
• After the sketch was approved, the client can ask for up to 3 free revisions in the artwork. Anything beyond that will be charged with a 20% fee based on the original price of the commission.• If the client wants to add any extra element to the scene, be it a character, an object etc., there'll also be a fee of 20% based on the original price of the commission.
• The client will be provided with daily updates on the state of their project from start to finish;
• As soon as the artwork is finished and the client gives their approval, the artwork will be sent to them packed on a .rar file via email and/or other preferred platforms:- Inside the .rar the client is expected to find the artwork in .JPG and .PNG formats in a resolution of 300dpi.• If the client requested more than 3 revisions or asked for the addition of extra elements in the artwork, they'll be sent an invoice covering the fees and only after the payment the artwork will be sent.
